Boasting over decades of experience in the real estate industry and deep roots in Corona, Keith excels in navigating the complicated terrain of short sales and foreclosures along with assisting in property management and investment real estate properties. Our focus is to provide the needs and wants of our clients, and most importantly to build long-lasting relationships with over 20 years of repeat clients.I obtained my real estate license in 1999 after running a successful roofing business for over 10 years. Taking the Goodman Realty Group to the next level, I started to build my team in 2000. In 2007, I became the Operating principle of my own company “Goodman Realty Group”, and have now joined forces with the #1 Real Estate training and consulting organization, Re/max Real Pros. My excessive hard working hours and positive attitude paid off receiving twice the Presidential Circle Award for being the top 7% in sales production in 2003 thru 2006. I have also been acknowledged in the top 10% of producing agents from 2012 thru 2018 accomplishing over 15 million in total homes sales. Keith's passion for real estate took him out of the construction sector of 15 years. Keith Goodman's incredible negotiating skills, along with time management and abilities deadlines are always met. Keith brings passion and sharp attention to detail to help buyers in a highly-focused search for their new home, and to help sellers get the most value for their home when selling. Keith also understands buying and selling is one of the biggest decisions in a client’s life, and views representation and guidance for his clients.
