I obtained my real estate license in 1999 after running a successful roofing business for over 10 years. Taking the Goodman Realty Group to the next level, I started to build my team in 2000. In 2007, I became the Operating principle of my own company “Goodman Realty Group”, and have now joined forces with the #1 Real Estate training and consulting organization, Re/max Real Pros. My excessive hard working hours and positive attitude paid off receiving twice the Presidential Circle Award for being the top 7% in sales production in 2003 thru 2006. I have also been acknowledged in the top 10% of producing agents from 2012 thru 2018 accomplishing over 15 million in total homes sales.

My passion for real estate took me out of the construction sector of 15 years. I have the negotiating skills, along with time management and the abilitiy to meet our deadlines which is most important in real estate. I bring passion and sharp attention to detail to help buyers in a highly-focused search for their new home, and to help sellers get the most value for their home when selling. I also understand that buying and selling is one of the biggest decisions in a client’s life, and offers top service, representation and guidance for all of my clients.
